A Celebration of Latino excellence

POSTPONED UNTIL SPRING 2026

After thoughtful consideration and given the uncertainty of the government shutdown on our gala venue, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library, our organization has decided to reschedule the ALX100 event to Spring 2026.

The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum is administered by the National Archives and Records Administration, and is closed to normal operations due to a lack of appropriations.

In light of the ongoing impact on our venue and to honor our previous commitments to vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and partners, we have decided that the best course of action for the event and the attendees and honorees is to move the event into next year.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience as we work through this unexpected delay in celebrating the 100 Latino leaders who continue to amplify and elevate our community’s voices and impact across Massachusetts.

We will announce a new date once there is more certainty, and we hope you will join us to celebrate the accomplishments of this ALX100 class!

Our biggest campaign, a season of impact

The ALX100 is both our biggest visibility initiative and fundraising campaign of the year.

It provides vital support for our ongoing initiatives and programs, enabling us to continue our mission of empowering and uplifting the Latino American community.

The ALX100 CELEBRACIÓN kicks off a season of celebration of LatinXcellence.

The ALX100 honorees are celebrated at our signature event — the ALX100 Reception — and then are featured in our exhibition that travels to iconic Massachusetts locations. We actively pitch ALX100 honorees for other awards, visibility campaigns, and media opportunities.

ALX Legado Award

Honors visionary leaders whose lifelong work embodies the organization’s mission and paves the way for future generations. Presented annually, the award recognizes individuals whose leadership, advocacy, and service have transformed opportunity and representation for Latinos across sectors.

Vanessa Calderón-Rosado

Vanessa Calderón-Rosado, Ph.D.

CEO of Inquiliquinos Boriquas in Acción (IBA)

Vanessa has been part of our journey since before our very first convening in 2012, standing beside us as a trusted friend, advisor, and unwavering champion of our mission.

From the very beginning, she has led with courage and a deep love for our community. Her life’s work reflects everything ALX stands for — Latino economic development, representation, and civic engagement — while also pushing forward broader equity issues in the rooms where decisions are made. Her leadership has opened doors and inspired countless others to dream bigger. For these contributions, and for the legacy she continues to build every day, we are proud to honor her with the ALX Legado Award.
